Shipping & Returns

We use Royal Mail to dispatch our smaller items and a courier service for our headboards. We offer free delivery on all our products. If you you live outside the UK, Northern Ireland or any other island off mainland uk please contact us for postage costs, as we may have to charge a small postage cost for headboards. We aim to deliver items within 10 working days of the order being placed. If for any reason we expect the turnaround to be greater than this we will advise you by email. When receiving your goods by courier you must sign for your goods as UNCHECKED, then if damage has occured during transit, we will be covered by our insurance. A full refund (less postage we have paid) is offered if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase. The goods must be intact and resaleable. The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. A refund for the amount, less the cost of carriage we have paid of £5.00 for wall hangings and £15.00 for headboards, will be made within 30 days via credit/debit card or cheque, according to whichever method of payment was originally used. Please note, we do not offer refunds on made to order goods.

Privacy Notice

Headboards and Interiors do not disclose buyers information to any third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any third party.

Placing an order

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We are also happy to take orders via email or you can telephone if you prefer not to use our shopping cart. If you are buying bespoke products, your order will be made by email, you will then be emailed an invoice and delivery dates will be confirmed.

Payment

We are able to take personal cheques, made out to Headboards & Interiors and credit and debit card payments.

We do not store your credit card information once your transaction has been processed.
